Newbie - Do I Need To Stack For Effective Gains My First Cycle?

I'm somewhat apprehensive about the whole needle thing so was really just looking to take a really good oral. I know it's gonna have a bigger detrimental effect on my liver but also much easier IMO.

Def want to do Nolva to prevent the gyno because I already have some naturally (have never done a cycle)

But would you recommend still stacking multiple orals?

Also, do I need Nolva AND Clomid to really ensure no gyno -- that's my main concern.

Welcome.

Oral only is not advisable. Test should be your first cycle (if stats are appropriate). Honestly, if you're not ready to inject, you're not ready to cycle.

Serious lifting 3.5 years.

Been lifting intensely, min. 4 times a week for 5 years but started to really understand the physiology/science behind it after taking a exercise physiology class in college.

Very dedicated. Just genetically predisposed to being skinny. I've been able to work up to 210 from originally being only 165 through just eating a shit ton and staying consistent.

Want to take it to next level though and feel I'm hitting a genetic ceiling.

If you're an ectomorph then gains do come slow but the good part is they are usually quality. I'm the same way. Nutrition is everything!
