7th cycle? What were your other cycles like? You plan on running anything else w/the test?
I was thinking of front and back load with prop, and 10-12 weeks of sust. I have had good results on test only cycles before.
I have mostly done winny and prop and tren ace. In different combinations tho.
What's your bf%? 7 cycles seems like a lot to only be 165...
I guess most of you dont know i used to weigh 285 and im only 5'"7 ! I have posted pics here. My weight fluctuated when i was in my 20's. About 2 years ago i decided to get to my real "fighting weight" and get all the fat off. I cycled only once in the last 3 years and that was when i got down to the lowest weight i have ever been, 143 pounds. I run 7-12to miles a day everyday for last 3 years. Cycled prop and tren and got up to 185 pounds. Then had a shoulder issue and Had an inch of my clavicle removed then wen went down to 155. So i have been working on making my shoulder stronger this last year. Now im 110% and ready to hit it hard again! So . i wouldnt say my cycles have not worked, now that i give a lil background. Not sure of my bodyfat % if i had to guess id say 11-13 .

Depending on how often ur pinning sust, u may not need to frontload prop. I have endloaded my last sust cycle with prop and felt great. U can run the prop for 2-3wks after last sust pin at 100mg EOD. that way u can jump into PCT 3-4 days after last prop pin. Good luck
Care to share your diet w/us?
My diet has been the same for the last 2 years. Protein shake and eggs for breakfast with fruit of the day. 2 cans of chicken or tuna for lunch and fat free cottage cheese. Protein shake and chicken or baked fish for dinner with fruit. Snacks in between dinner include 1/4 cups nuts and fruit. 240-300 grams of protein a day. Only 100-130 grams of powder, the rest is all natural protei from meats and dairy. Lots of veggies any time i can eat!
