    Newbie here..

Was up guys..Newbie to this site.. My specs are 40yrs old, 6', 235lbs..I run mostly but am going to start working out again to help keep it interesting. Pounding the same old pavement is getting old. My issue is endurance and this damn beer gut I just can't get rid of no matter how many miles I run. Even when I was in my twenties and worked out hard 4-5 times a week, never could get those abs. looking for something (or advise) on how to get lean muscle loose some fat ( about 25lbs) once and for all and help my endurance so I can keep working. Lay it on me!!!

Welcome! Head over to the nutrition section and start reading stickies. You just can't realize how much diet does for you until you understand how the diet effects every aspect of training. You should not consider steroids until you have significant experience and have achieved some good results from training naturally. Generally we advise 2+ years, but many do not listen, which is their mistake to live.

Always here to help in any way I can... Good luck

Welcome. Stickies are particularly important contributions to discussion boards. They appear permanently at the top of each forum page, and are identified as "important".
