Lol I am reading this!! I know stuff to a certain agree, the nutrition part has never been my strong suit.. Working on it, trust me a sexy woman is a happy woman, doesn't bother me one bit people look at her..

I've been plagued with damn knee issues this year going to have another surgery on it Feb 1st.. Than both are resigning up to a gym and time to hit it(the gym that is)

Also like she said we have total 4 kids, I work days she works nights.. So a lot of juggling around happens but no more excuses in 2013 time to bring back the body she feel in love with.. I still got the good looks though lmao

, i kind of figure you would read it..... i hope your surgery goes well and you fully recover ...... the thing with knee surgery is that , it takes a lot of time to recover, and i mean at least one year to fully recover, IF you take that time to recover and dont overdo it, you should recover fine, BUT most people think that after 3 months they are o.k and they start overworking their knees... ive had knee surgery and my doctor told me to be on crutch's for 3 months, i was on it for 5, plus first thing i did( just to walk), was buy a good pair of running shoes, to take the impact off my knees... i did not wear shoes or any other kind of shoe for one year, just 160 dollar pair of running shoe ( for marathon runners), that i bought from nike.... i also did not work out my legs for a full year, and when i started, i started really slow... i had, seen over and over people doing knee surgery over and over, so IF that was going to happen to me too, it was not because , i would do something to cause it, so i decided to take it easy....

Everything is normal, and has been for 9 years, maybe i was lucky with the surgery, but i think, it also helped that i really took it slow, and that helped me recover better.... believe me, after my surgery, i only walked what i needed walk ( cause you still need to move, but i never over did it)... i was on crutch's for 5 months, instead of 3 months, and for a full year, i did not workout my legs... like i said before, i think, people that have knee surgery, think they are o.k after a few months, so they start overworking their knee, sometimes even without knowing they are doing it, by going for a longer walk then normal...as for guys, that work out, ( because we are stupid...lol) they start packing on the weight in the gym, to make up for lost time, and to see how much weight they can put on, before their knee starts to hurt ... by that time its to late.i used to be on of those guy, until i found out i was not going any where faster .... after popping my shoulder several times at the gym :-)

That's good u planned it out that way sounds like a pretty good game plan LoL

With knee surgery, you really need to take it easy, and recover really slow, there is no other way around it... plus i hate pain :-) so i did everything possible not to have pain again and another surgery...
