Almond milk, rolled oats, a few berries or banana, a scoop or two of whey isolate - blend and enjoy. Breakfast of champions.

Hi Mickey , WPI, I heard that WPI is not good if you have ED( erectile dysfunction)? As well as caffeine

If that were the case I'd be flaccid as of 8 years ago.

Most men are unaware of this problem, this problem is raising now. It effects as below

    1. A healthy man may not notice any erection issues or its really minor and can be ignored.
    2. A healthy man may notice a little soft erection
    3. A man with ED will really notice the difference (in my case)

I was using per-workouts and WPC/WPIs. At the start life was great even with ED cuz I was going to gym, pumping weights whatever I could and when it was sex time, my best blue pill was there. I wasn't using Sildenafil everyday just when needed. after a little longer my ED got worse and Sildenafil even stopped working for me. I stopped all workout drinks as this was the only thing I added into my diet. I think the best way to get protein is the natural way. I am pretty sure in near future this issue will raise big time as the manufacture companies don't wanna tell people about the side effects at the moment. I am sure there is something in these drinks which effects ED big time.

I am not sure if I am allowed to post links to other forums here? I can post few links.

Yes post the links, but don't use the link button. Just paste them into the message box - that should prevent them from being a hyperlink.

I am not trying to make a statement here as I have zero knowledge, it effected me bad cuz of ED? For healthy men it might be different

I can't find the original link where the full article was but below are few links,

People are complaining about it. But you can't notice the difference as it only effects ED.

The answer to that question from Wiki is..

"The Answer is YES Whey protein could affect erection capability but not in the fashion suggested. Bottom line is that Whey Protein has constituents that could significantly increase both the average person's sexual desire and capacity. Among Whey proteins's key constituents are Arginine (which works in a similar fashion to Viagra i.e. it improves blood circulation including circulation to the penis) and L-Tyrosine which tends to increase sexual drive http://www.nutritional-supplements-g...-tyrosine.html.

Whey protein is best consumed when doing some kind of exercise program, which in turns tends to magnify the increased sexual potency effect through improved overall physical condition.

Suggest you don't take too much however. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Suggest you consult both your Doctor (if you suffer from any pre-existing illness) plus a good sports/health nutritionist. That would be my suggestion.

Please note that some people are allergic to Whey protein. Should that occur in your case there are others you might try, for example Hemp Protein or Rice Protein"

No you explained it in better way,

guess I was so upset after seeing my new doctor today, he is useless too, but the most sad part is, I rang urologist after getting disappointed from this doctor and they said they are the only urologist in this area and they are fully booked whole this month. Are you serious? This means I got a whole PAINFUL month of march ahead of me (if i dont commit a suicide) The other sad thing is I gotta pay $283 from my pocket to just to see a urologist.

    sux
I m gonna cry blood now

I hope that's just a joke? Even if it is, I wouldn't joke about that...I've had friends do it for no apparent reason,
Sorry I just don't think its funny
