Hey guys, thought this seem fit. I have seen a couple of guys estimating their body fat % through these threads. Some I think more accurate than other. I came across this picture I added below which shows examples of different BF%. It seems to be quite accurate.

Oh YA!!!! I like your pics better. When I look at these I estimate myself to be about 11 or 12 instead of 17-18! I am actually down a bit more this week.

It's still very hard to tell since we all have different body type and hugely different amounts of LBM.

Agree 100%. But at least one can get an estimate.
