? About liquidex

Ive been trying to figure out about Liquidex as an AI.

I have read thru several threads and talked with a few people about it. Here's a quote I found that was a few years old, but wanted to know if these amounts are still legit now...and if its best to run LDex and Nolva at the same time, as it appears some run LDex during and Nolva after.

I'd recommend anyone using test to use .25mg/day of Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva. You don't use anti e's JUST because you don't want gyno. In fact that's not even the primary reason. You want to control (not eliminate) estrogen, and keep it at reasonable (but usually still well above) normal physiological levels. This will prevent excessive bloat, which in turn prevents excessive elevation of BP.

The AI is run on cycle. Adex is dosed @ .25mg EOD to start. Nolva is a SERM and ran in PCT.
