since var has such a short half life , is it better to split up the dose? say 50mg in the a.m. and 50 mg in the p.m.? will also be pinning 250 sust eod

I believe half life is 8 hours. When i ran it, i just popped 100mg all around mid-day and hit the gym right after work

I like it all at once personally. Everyone has their preference, but all at once is mine. I want all the androgens in full force all at once rather than 2 little peaks. Both ways should yield the same results.

Due to the 8hour half life, I split it up three times a day. But there may be a solid argument for doing it all at once.
