    help with diet?!

    i need a way to consume 300 grams of protein a day and 300 grams of carbs a day. I go to a college so i can eat about everything but fish. I do take my fish oils every day though. Thanks.

    An easy way and cheap way to get protein? My breakfast is 3 servings of Kashi Flakes with 2 cups of skim plus milk. Right there i got 40g of protein as easy as cereal. A half hour later i'm banging a protein shake with 40g in it. Just before 7am i have 80g of protein floating around.

    I am not a fan of cereal for breakfast. Toast or oatmeal. I find cereal you are hungry 20 minutes later... I go with oatmeal 95% of time though
