    second test e cycle this time also adding test prop help pls

    im 30 years old been working out since high school im 5'9 180lbs not super lean but ok i have never been a very lean person. I did a 12 week cycle of test e last year was great felt the best I have since i was 18. Now i just started my second cycle of test here it goes

    test prop 100mg eod for week 1-4
    test e 250mg every 4 days week 1-12
    arimedex 1mg eod week 2-PCT

    PCT going with nolvadex and clomid i just forgot the dosage need help with that also i already have them

    im taking the prop to help kick start the process and to start increasing strength and endurance as soon as possible as im going to start an intense academy and want the edge. how soon can i expect to feel the difference last time it was week 3-4. oh and im mixing the prop and the test e on days that it falls the same and getting red and sore in the muscle i pin. prop alone feels fine any ideas on that. i know its alot but any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Its trusted gear its good stuff

    What kind of gains did you get from your first cycle? And i'd recommend you just go w/either prop or E for now. Lower that AI to .25 EOD and adjust if needed.

    You should visit the PCT Forum to check on that PCT. I could tell you but i think it's important you understand the compounds and dosages. And best way to that is to educate yourself.

    last time i gained like 12lbs i did not want to gain so much but my endurance was out of the roof all my gains were huge bench up to 310 curls like 45 dumb bells running 6 miles plus a day just felt amazing like i could workout all day and recover in half a day. as far as AI i only have 1mg pills

    and this time im on the paleo diet tons or meat veggies fruits and nuts
