You win ONE MILLION dollars, but you have to spend it in 1 day.

What would you do with your money?

I was going to say house as well, but, this is what gets alot of people in trouble, you buy the house, but cant afford the prop taxes, maint, upkeep, etc, after you spent the million. I would buy a stable commodity and up my worth!!

No, I don't plan on leasing it. I plan on hiring migrant farmers to work it . And putting a hunting reserve on it. Corporate hunts can bring in as much as 70k for a 1 week hunt for <10 execs.

Take it from someone who has rental property. I'd rather give the money away than deal with more of this horse shit.
Property tax has to be paid if the tenant doesn't. Repairs maintaince. Blah blah

Really? I pay $100 a month for a management company. Never have to even see the tenants. management company sends me my check, whether the tenant pays or not.

Are you sure the pay wether the tennant does or not??? I have not heard of this. I pay 10% to the agency and they handle everything like finding tennant or evicting them through court if they dont pay but I dont get a guarentee on my monthly pmt.

Anything, as long as you dont have access to it after today. Until your investment prospers, of course.
