I see an endocrinologist for my thyroid disease and HRT program. I use the term 'program' loosely as he only precribes me test cyp and nothing else. I'm on 200mg/week.

I just had a CBC and CMP. Also was tested for Rhumatoid Arthritis so my SED rate was 45 (high 0-15mm/rh range) My RA Factor was <10 IU/mL.

What else in addition would you ask to be tested?

    My lab order has

    -Vitamin D
    -Free T4
    -Ultra Sensitive TSH
    -Estradiol
    -Testosterone

My libido is lower than I like and my nuts have shrunk...but not having any more kids, so I could care less about the size.

I am asking for the following additional labs:

    -FSH
    -LH
    -Prolactin

    Anything else??

    Thanks

Lh and fsh are pointless and will be tanked as you are on test. Id make sure to get free testosterone, psa, estradiol( sensative)

Why are you asking for FSH and LH if you're already on TRT?

Free T4 is not a complete look at your thyroidby any stretch of the imagination...

Be sure to ask for the estradiol SENSITIVE/ultrasensitive(quest) test.

Why are you going to a doctor who doesn't seem to be worth going to and only prescribes test, and at a rather high dose at that?

You need your testicles to function for far more reasons than just asthetics; read the sticky on HCG at the top of the forum.

You need better labs; see the sticky on finding a TRT Doc written by kel you'll see the labs you need.

Do as HRT said above about your estradiol assay.

You're seeing a Doctor who really isn't trained properly.

You do know that your thyroid disease is probably contributing to your hypogonadism...right?
