Are your quads the only location you are using?

Try your delts. Left, right..quads left, right. That way u hit each one only once every 2 weeks. I also know plenty of ppl who inject in their ass and have no troubles or pain.

Yes, definitely use multiple sites. The gear needs time to absorb and repeated injections will increase local trauma and cause a build up of scar tissue. Most people will use at least three different sites. I've used:
    - glutes
    - pecs
    - delts
    - biceps
    - triceps
    - traps
    - quads

Smaller muscles will take less gear. Don't push too much in smaller areas or you can create pockets for inflammation and bacteria to incubate in some cases.

I been switching glute sides, using test cyp. I'm sore for like 3-4 days brotha. All seems good though. Some ppls bodys handle it better then others or depends on amount of BA and purity of your
    UGL.

How much can a delt take? I'm talking 1cc of test e 250mg.

do that and also buy a heating pack you can throw in the microwave. After you shot just hold it on the site for 10 minutes and massage after and you'll have no pain, especially if you spot inject for your lift... I had this problem

I think your problem here may be the gear itself
Test cyp @ 300mg/ml will need extra solvent and co solvent to hold
We all know how much of a bitch cyp is at 250mg (always threads on crashed cyp) so 300mg is going to be sore
I would switch up for test e

Glutes are nice and easy. So are delts, but I find if I pin more than 1ml in the delts it gets kinda dicey with pip

He's got a good point there about smaller muscles w\ less gear.
I did 2mL in my left bicep last saturday and as of today, it's fully functional again.
It swelled like crazy, got red and hot, could barely move it. Super painful too.
Didn't have a fever though, so it was just inflammation.
Tons of fluid retention in that arm until today, too.

Yes. That should be fine. You should know if you're in the muscle.

I did 1.5ml into my forearm but accidentally pinned test400. My forearm is letting me know never load that much or that concentration in that area ever again.

As long as you are under 20% bf 1 inch should be plenty. I use 1 1/2 inch but generally only push the pin 2/3 if the way.

I spent two days laying in bed because I was hurting so bad I couldn't think straight.
Monday I did chest, but had to hold back because my arm just couldnt hold weight.
I've just been hitting cardio while it recovers....so basically I haven't been able to.

Ive had that same problem with my quads, I tried 4 different times pinning my quads this cycle and I spaced out each quad pin pretty well, because I am way more comfortable with glute shots. I never want to try it again because each time the inflammation is so bad that I can barely walk for a week. It sucks having to come up with excuses for why I am literally limping around at work
