Noob Here!!! First Question about High Blood Pressure and doing my first cycle

First of hello, Iam going to start my 1st cycle of Test-e 250mg/Eq 300mg for 16 weeks 2x a week. I have been doing my research on here i have my PCT down and everything. Iam currently 5'8 at 230 pounds dont know my bf, i have been working out on and off for the past two years. In addititon, am on medication for high blood pressure. Do you guys think its a good idea to run gear with my condition and will a garlic supplement help reduce the bp. All advice is helpful and appreciated.

    Welcome

How old are you? Can you tell us more regarding this medication and your BP? How much would you guesstimate you've been in the gym in the last 2 years? Off and on is a little vague.

Don't use eq right now. It increases red blood cells, which you don't need. Stick to test only and monitor your sides. Check your BP daily if possible. At minimum 3x weekly. Take plenty of omegas, CoQ10, vitamin E and your daily meds. Keep an eye on yourself because BP issues are one of the most important sides in all of AAS. Do not overlook it. Have BW done before and a couple of months after. Keep an eye on those lipids. Eat as clean as you can. I've been on BP meds for 15 years.

Am 22 years old, when i was going to the gym i was going 5x a week working on upper body on Monday and Wednesday, and lower body Tuesday and Thursday, on Friday i do cardio during this time i did not have high blood pressure. As for the medication the doc put me on Ramipril he said it should lower my bp to normal levels for my age.

No one is going to recommend you doing Dbol on your first cycle. Test only for your first cycle ,also in the educational section there is a thread labeled " Beginner cycles". Oh and at your age no one here is going to recommend you run any cycle, until you are older.

At 5'8, 230lbs, your current hypertension (high BP) suggests to me you may be a little overweight. Given your age and preexisting HTN, the best thing to do is work on your nutrition and training to lower your bf. Taking any AAS right now would put you in a higher risk category.
