I need some advice to go on a diet, I read the other guides, but I need like a schedule if you don't mind. I'll give some bit of information about myself first. I am 21 years old about 5'8 and weigh 115 lbs with about 4% body fat, yes I know pretty skinny. I am in my third month of lifting from which I have gained a little over 3 lbs. I have seen a significant increase in my strength from the first month, more than I thought but any real body builder would probably think different. I take Kre-alkalyn suggested amount only and drink 2 whey protein shakes a day. I also try to eat 2000-3000 calories day. My lifting routine is as follows, 5-6 days a week 1 rest day, I do legs,arms,chest,back,shoulder, and cardio on different days while working other muscles groups as well.
My diet as of now is I do not have one, just whatever I get my hands on. But recently I made it strict. I eat fish, chicken, red meat, stuff with a lot of carbs. I also started to buy whole wheat. I eat about 3 times a day or whenever I am hungry, which I get hungry frequently and fast.
I plan on taking aas once I find the right diet, so if anyone has any advice please feel free, I don't mind criticism or you're doing wrong and I take advice and stick with it as long is the right kind.
