Customs officers do NOT just take items out of a package then ship the empty box to the recipient.
They either take it then send a letter of seizure, or they send it through with contents still in package.
We will only give 50% refund if we get a copy of the seizure letter.
Also, if you claim we shipped you an empty box, that is not possible. We ship by weight so the weight of package proves the products were in there.
