    My endo is an idiot

    I can't describe how frustrating it is to have an idiot HRT doc and very few options locally. My doc called he today with my labwork. My total test was 113. What my free test is I don't know because she didn't do any labs for that. When I said I wanted my free test done as well as DHEA, DHT and Estrogen she said they are a waste of money and irrelevant since I am taking testosterone. WTF? My estrogen was 68(high) when she tested me in October so why not continue to test and treat this?
    I was able to find another Internal Medicine doctor that is supposed to be pretty good. He isn't attached to any group of doctors so maybe he is knowledgable and open minded. The crappy part is I gotta wait 3 weeks before the appointment. It's frustrating to be fairly certain that my symptoms are easily treatable but finding the right doc is the hard part.

    Or the obvious, www.lowtestosterone.com was put together for exactly this reason. Poor treatment by docs who don't know male HRT. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Your treatment will be based on modern methodologies used by the foremost docs in the HRT field today. We speak of them every day here.

    ^^^^That's what I'd do, especially if there are no good TRT Doc's in your area.

    Hell, they will even fly you in and out for free.

    I have looked into it and i'm a 3 hour drive from one of their locations. I'll give this last doc a try first. I have great insurance and alll my labs are free and 10ml of 200mg cyp costs me $40 I Just gotta get the doctor.

    Remember you can always just self-submit your paperwork to insurance if your local attempt fails.
