acne starting, help much appriciated!

great. so my worst fear seems to be on its way...ive had insane acne before and it looks really really bad. now my chest is starting to itch a little and i can see them small tiny skinworms(not sure of the english word for this but..) starting to come out. cant sqeeze any of them yet but i guess its only a matter of time.

so. what are my options? i really love the progress at the gym and my physice is starting to shape up nicely. would hate to stop the cycle now.
i really wanna know what causes the acne. i know i should be using aro ED, but 25mg seems a little over board. but im going to go for a week or so with 25mg ED with aro, to maybe lower the estrogen levels.

that dose of test would give minimized dht right? as i thought that was the reason for my acne last time. or someone told me it could be that. can it simply be the tren? dont remember having issues last time on tren...

any suggestions? lower my testp to 30mg eod? 25mg ed aro? god i hate this....GOD I HATE YOU

getting BW on thursday and getting the results on the 18 so ill know my lvls for sure then...but what can i do in the meantime?

Aromasin doesn't need to be 25mg/ day. It should generally start around 12.5/ day
Also, I get bad acne, especially during my pct. platinum labz sells "acne annihilator" and it seems to work pretty well. Contains salicylicacid along with an exfoliant. Tanning helps also, but nothing seems to eliminate it completely :/
If you're acne prone it's just something you have to live with knowing AAS may very well being it out again.
Just drink lots of water and be sure to stay clean. Not much else you can do

OP, increase your AI to 25mg/day for 3-4 days, then immediately return to 12.5 mg ED. On the 5th day you should see a marked difference. If not, report back here.

Minocycline 100mgs twice a day is a blessing for me. Acne sucks. I still get a few. But no big deal

Try acne annihilator by platinum labz. Best OTC acne product we have witnessed,. Cheap too.

This was recommended and touted by a former member as well. I haven't used it but i had my finger on the trigger a couple of times. I would not hesitate to use if it were easier to purchase locally.

Showering twice a day, using a loofa, and a decent face scrub wash works fine for me. If I slack or am not thorough with the shower they pop up sparatically

thx a lot guys! ill be ordering some of the acne annihilator and doing 4-5 days of 25mg ED aro. ill let u know how it works out. also be getting more tan and showering and scrubbing my ass off.

Hey EMD, I have the exact same problems bro. My BACKNE started during my last cycle pct and hasnt reallt stopped since. Im on cycle just now of Finaplex and Test 400. I started a new routine of showering twice daily using a good acne facial scrub that exfoliates. I also use cleansing wipes before bed and first thing in the morning followed by benzoyl peroxide cream. Been doing this for a week now and I can see significant improvement, I also tan twice a week aswell, which seems to help also. Follow this plan and u shud be good to go my friend.

Nizoral shampoo (as a wash) has worked for many folks as well. Google it. There are some unofficial studies on it.

Alright, here is what works for me.

#1- The better you maintain estro, the fewer breakouts you will have. This means trial and error, blood work and dialing in your AI dosage.

#2- Neutrogena body scrub with 2% Salicyclic Acid. Use in AM shower.

#3- Antibacterial Dish Soap! Use in PM shower.

#4- Tan twice a week.

This routine will wipe out the majority of acne and keep future breakouts at bay.

ive done the 3-4 days with aro ED and it has gotten a little better actually. im also scrubbing and showering two times a day, so maybe ill managae to stay clear of the real nasty acne. havent itched in a couple of days and not a single worm has been popped(sry for the image...)

i feel its the estrogen, aswell as the aro EOD giving me unstable hormonlevels, which leads to the bad skin issues. i will now splitt my caps and go 12.5mg ed of aro and im down to 30mg eod of test(which should help aswell).

my nightsweats are getting a little worse, but im sleeping really well, so not too worried. im just really hot, especially in the stomach and chest area. dont feel ill, just feel a really local burning sensation. but the tren is kicking in nicely now, so ill sweat through it. also i live in norway so the weather is kind to my body. u guys over in the southern parts of the US must be near suicidal on tren with the heat...damn
