Wats up I'm T. Tryin to lean as much as possible. Getting a late start in life on training, I'm 31. I'm gonna have a lot of questions and not much knowledge to share. I'm currently 6'2" at 193lbs. I've struggled my whole life to gain weight. So that's what has brought me here. I have tried diets and supplements, which have given little gains, I started at 147 lbs 10 years ago. So lookin to up the food, got a lifting coach, n lookin to try anabolics to give me the edge to over come an extreme metabolism and ectomorph frame.
