If you became dehydrated your blood will thicken. Make sure your water intake is about 4 liters(gallon) per day.

Out of curiosity, how go you know your blood thickens?

Of course steroids thicken your blood. They stimulate erythropoesis, which raises your RBCs and hematocrit.
This is why we donate blood or get phlebotomies.

My RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit all go out of normal range when blasting. Keep an eye on your levels. When mine get too high I really get lethargic. Drain a pint and I'm good for about a month.

I think a protocol of blood-donating / phlebotomies should be included in the info section if it isn't.
I wish I had known sooner. I felt TERRIBLE for like 2-3 months...I drew a mere 350mL and I feel like a new person

This is frequently mentioned in the HRT section. It just isn't usually needed for moderate cycles, since your hematocrit has time to lower between cycles (the average lifespan of a RBC is 120 days).

sorry about the later response but it just seems it while pinning,donating blood is a good option i will do on my next cycle.thnx for replies everyone
