Hey guys, I posted in a different thread and they told me to come here. Im 6'3 220 and going into college to play some ball. Im looking to get bigger and stronger while bulking. I dont care about water weight since ill be playing mostly d-line. I've been working out religiously since half way sophmore year in highschool with small gains. I dont know why but it seems i just simply cant get stronger. I dont a strict diet but watch what i eat daily. I get around 100g a protein with fruits and vegies. Why aren't i seeing any gains? I really appreciate all of your help in advance and ask any questions because i know i probably didnt say all of what i need. (btw body fat % is in the 25%-30% off a the chart picture).
