Just wanted to give my introduction. I'm 6 ft 175 lbs 15% BF. Been doing a lot of research last two weeks about cycling and how to go about it. Small town guy my whole life. So not much diversity around. Love to take in new knowledge. I am willing to take any advice that someone has the time to give. Thank you all

Age 28, height 6ft, weight, 175lbs, Bf 16%. My is good, could be better though. (The wife loves to Mexican food) My calorie intake varies from the weekdays and weekends but anywhere from 2500 to 3500 a day. I workout almost everyday. In the weight room, on the football field or on basketball court. Love sports and trying to be the best athlete that I can before going down the hill. (no disrespect intended for any age)
