diet: lean protein (chicken breast, fish, lean beef, eggs/egg whites, etc..), and lots of veggies..
training: lots of cardio, and some resistant exercises (think big muscle groups, like squats, dead lifts, bench, etc..)
clen: read up on this

Check out the diet and training sections. You can do a lot with that before adding clen. You'll want to make sure your diet is in check before you start it or you won't get the results you are hoping for.
