    Another new guy here

    Hi everyone, I have been reading your forums trying to learn as much as possible before i do my first cycle. I have to say there is a lot of info to take in here and i appreciate you guys taking the time to help out the new guy.
    About me, I'm 40, 190 lbs, 6'2", around 15%bf. Thx.
