    Nothing beats a well balanced meal.

    But seeing as this is the Supplement Forum, a carb drink with protein always does the body good. Just be careful of the sugars.

    I used gener8 vitargo and was pleased. No huge rush that makes you not sleep and no gut rot. No sugar and no protein 70g carbs. Very thick tho, but best I've had.

    and if you want a stimulant, nothing beats a good ol fashioned cup of coffee....

    ....now, if you don't want hot cofffee, in the past, I've kept a cold pot, and then mix my protein in that

    I can agree with that. Good advice. On my way to the gym after I eat,,, I have a STRONG cup of plain black 160z cup of coffee.

    I don't get much sleep & am usually dragging by the time I hit the gym. If you are looking for stims, I'd say Hyde is the strongest I have ever used. I loaded up on the old formula & have a bunch in my cabinet.

    Make your own buy some bulk powders..
    I just got 1lb arginine,bcaa and beta alanine for 70$... 1lb each I mean...I couldn't believe how cheap it was.
    Havent got my order yet, who knows if its any good.. could just be table salt

    Carb load hour away + half cup of coffee before gym, thats my pre workout.

    I personally like c4 much better because I am sensitive to caffeine and I find that c4 has the amount I need in 1 scoop.

    Idk I'm 45 so I'm old school. Why the hell you need anything, grab your balls squeeze and work the hell out with high intensity. I do t understand this new generation. Just work the hell out, why do you need a stimulant to lift weights. I swear this new generation ain't got no balls always need a drug or stimulant. Idk IMO *****s is all I can say. Whatever.

    At 32. Im.just two spoons black coffee. But. I did look.into other things but never bothered with Stimson n ill still do 3-4hour smash the hell out of it sessions.

    But.

    I can also understand that some people simply might need that to obtain there own particular level of intensity. I ache for 3-4+ days especially pegs. But others might not be able to.

    Each to there own i suppose but since (really) the question us only on what's best for people not the politics of why so...

    Coffee. Black. Two spoons (sometimes naughtily sugar)

    But that's the only sugar I ever have. No sweets. Sweet drinks nowt ;-)

    Yea I was drinking that night, no disrespect intended. With that said I still can't see no need for it. Just bust your ass in the gym. I have guys tell me all the time how I make them tired just watching me, but that's the way we have always trained.

    Coffee works for me. Just plain helps up my intensity. Plus I love it. I'm just thrilled that I have finally cut the sugar out of it and realized I don't need it.

    Cellucor n zero extreme: 5 calories no carbs no sugar no creatine. Taste like crap and stevia is necessary. Caffeine is moderately dosed. It's an effective product, costly and I use it when I'm dragging butt at five am to the gym for fasted cardio.


    bodybuilding scream: 15 calories, 4g of carbs no sugar, has creatine, higher dosage of caffeine, (if you're taking clen this is your go to has a significant amount of taurine and a decent amount of potassium) taste amazing the blue raspberry and my aggression and intensity in the gym is consistent and long lasting. The amino acids profile and vitamin content is well diversified. This is a hands down winner in my book for taste, effectiveness and cost. In all areas I'd rank this a 10. I've tried others liked jacked and hyper shock and this def floors any competitor. I take a half a scoop and I get 2 hours of consistent energy in the gym.

    I've been taking Vivarin ( 200mg caffeine ) since 1971 on a daily basis. It doesn't do what it did when I was younger. But it has taken care of me since that time. So I haven't needed anything else, but I now take as much as three in the am. Can you say 600mg ? ...crazy mike, ha

    PS: after I'm up I run on bi-polar mania.........................

    agreed...mr. hyde will do the job for ya. but the site I get my stuff from is always out of the watermelon flavor. got a free t shirt and sample tho! Mr Hyde has a lot of caffeine something like 430g. Be carefeul and only take as directed

    I keep hearing about a plain black cup of coffee doing the job but, is it really true? I love coffee but, it's just not good enough for me to pump out more reps. No sugar though which is good there. I guess you'll only know by trying.

    I like this one too! I just have to say this: It's not necessarily a need it's more of a want to get more out of their workout and potentially faster results.

    I never liked coffee so that's why Vivarin. It is the same as coffee but in a different delivery. I've had people say "you take that sh!t , OMG. AS they are on their third cup of strong coffee. ...now who's....crazy ... mike ?

    Jack3d with dimenthylamylamine in it worked really well for me. The only thing was the horrid taste.

    What also works really well is a nice big cup of coffee with a shot or two of SToK. That'll get you pumped!

    Its the AAS they shrink the balls. LMFAO Thats why everyone needs pre workout.
