Can you inject IGF-1 Lr3 into your calves?

Ok, first of all I know a lot of people don't seem to like IGF-1 and seem to think it's all hype, but besides that, I've heard you want to inject it in the muscle group you just worked immediately after workout, with hopes that it'll create hyperplasia (controversial, I know).

Injecting into biceps and delts is no problem. Where would you inject on leg day? Is it safe to inject into calves? I know most people are against steroid injections into calves and say they are extremely painful.

Are there any other spots good for injecting IGF-1 Lr3 or would you just stick to biceps and delts? It's only a slin pin.

igf-lr3 diluted in AA is always painful. It felt like a wasp sting the first time. I ended up jerking the pin out because I was shocked by the sting. Once I got used to it, it was fine. You can pin calves, no problem. I did it. Just use the 30ga insulin pins.

I have injected heels, for healing. Very very painful but it was worth it. And 31 g needles are wonderful. Igf1lr3 diluted in AA, then prior injection in BW is much less painful.
