I am 32 6'0" 220 pounds have never taken a injectable or oral steroid in my life. I have been working out 4-5 days a week for 3 years and just hit a plateau. I have been doing research on Anadrol and was thinking about doing a 4 week cycle at 50mg a day. All I run right now is arginine as a pre-workout and d-aspartic acid off and on. I know this subject has been been debated over and over, and I know this risk of taking the Anadrol. My brother, who was a burn victim, was on Anadrol to help with the healing process and he had no adverse affects.I think I have a proper PCT in place also. I am not interested in injectables, I dont care for the pinning! I am just debating if this is a good idea for a first cycle? Any proper, educated response, will be great. Also, is their anything I should be running while on the anadrol? besides milk thistle?
