It's legal, I am currently running it in my bi's. I heard that the size pretty much goes away once you stop, I am just using it for it's muscle fascia stretching characteristics. I hate having to hit both my bi's everyday, but oh well. I have seen some size increase when I went from 1cc to 2cc of oil per bi, and in around a week I will start 3cc per bi everyday... that should bring some nice size.

Definatly. Mine came from Australia and customs even labeled it as syntherol, so they knew exactly what was in the package. It is 100% legal.
