New guy here from Houston.
36 year old male. Did a couple rookie cycles in college and gained a good 25 lbs was loving the gym. Graduated, life got busy, messed around with some tren homebrew on two occasions, injured my rotator cuff doing some DB flies and that was about the end of my serious lifting.
10 years later I got my T levels tested and was pretty low (292) and started TRT for about 4 months last year. Took some time off to recover and wanted to see if I bounced back at all. Got tested again last week and I'm at 283. So its back on TRT for me. Made peace with it, but its renewed my interest in lifting and nutrition, so hoping I can find some good information from this community.
