    hi all

    just like to say Hi to all members, my name is Pete im 45 and from the midlands ive not trained for quite some time, but are now starting to get back into it starting my first lot of 400, need to hit it hard as ive got some flab to get rid of now. oh and by the way how do i claim my free bottle of gear as advertised on main page when signing up, Thanks

    Welcome. I have no idea how to claim your free bottle. I never had desire to claim mine. Products are legal steroid alternatives not actual steroids. I’m not saying that their products don’t work. I know individuals that have tried their products with great results. I came here looking for information on AAS and the members here were extremely helpful. I came here looking for advice on AAS but have found so much more. Not only is there a continually evolving library of resources on training, dieting, AAS, HRT, SARMs, and other topics but the members on this site are extremely knowledgeable and most of them go out of their ways to help people.
