Ok guys and gals my wife is doing her first competition in less than 5 weeks. She has a awesome 6 pack and her back looks like someone took a cheese grader to it. She is worried that her legs and arms are lagging behind. They look good but are still kinda soft looking.
Her trainer is supposed to be meeting with her 2xs a week but we are lucky if she meets us once a week. Trainer says she will lean out fast so dont worry about the weight. We are getting a little concerned since its only 4+ weeks left and she is still above her starting weight. We have started cutting carbs back and her diet has been clean for around 10-12 weeks. Should she be starting to drop weight or does this sound about right? Also what would be the best thing for her to get her arms and legs on track with her core? Any advice is appreciated since this is new to both her and I.
