At first I was going at a lower intensity but recently I've increased/weight-decresed/reps while incorporating the rowing machine into my off day. Now, I am noting that there is a lot more movement in the bone underneath the cartilage. I take a multi-vit and 1-2 cups milk daily plus I get in the sun for around an hour/week. I had just assumed that if cartilage built up it would immobilize the break but it hasn't happened yet. I don't want the cartilage to grow much larger as I've seen people with evidence of cartilage left behind after a collarbone break. Also, I just want the damn bones to set. I don't want to stop working out.
Any suggestions?
