    First Cycle: Turanabol?

I know that's a scary title for you vets but I think I have a valid understanding of this compound and I believe this is my best option.

I am a collegiate level swimmer and have been competing at this level for three years now. I'm primarily a sprinter, 50 and 100 freestyle and I mix in some breaststroke. I have had great success in the pool over my career but I have always just missed qualifying for nationals in any of individual events. So I thought for my senior year, junior summer, I should just go for broke and see what I can do with a well calculated diet and cycle.

    Stats
Age: 22 - will be 23 before starting proposed cycle
    Height: 5' 10.5
    Weight: 172
BF%: 12% now - got a little lazy once the season ended

Lifts - all "max" weights are reps of 4
    Bench - 205
    Military Press - 185
Squat - 245 (swimmer leg problems)

    Proposed Diet for the summer:
I believe my diet is what has been keeping me so small over my athletic career. So this summer I intend to eat to win. Note: my diet is based off of a forum from this site
    Meal 1:
1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup of oatmeal

    Swim Practice

PWO Nutrition: - 15min after I get out of the pool:
2 scoops of whey protein / 40g of Dextrose

    Meal 3:
4 eggs (8 egg whites), 2 pieces of turkey beacon, fruit

    Meal 4:
Lean ground beef or naked chicken breast, 1/4 cup swiss cheese, veggies

    Weight Training

PWO Nutrition: 15 min after I beast in the weight room
2 scoops of whey protein / 40g of Dextrose

    Meal 6:
Lean ground beef or naked chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice

    Meal 7: Dinner
Random Protein (steak, hamburger without patties, ect.), veggies

    Meal 8: Before Bed
2-3 scoops of whey protein with peanut butter and fruit

    Proposed cycle for the summer:

I have been doing **** tons of research on this and honestly I'm a little stuck.

I was thinking of doing a t-bol only cycle towards the middle of my summer once I get my diet and training in check.

I would do a 40mg/week for a 4 week cycle with Sustain alpha and Unleashed for 4 weeks as PCT. I've been advised that I should consider nolva at 20/10/10/10 for 4 weeks as well due to my predisposition towards Gyno, which I have had a mild case since puberty (and I am about to get cut out for free, yay!).

I don't really care about gaining to much size, what I'm really interested in is becoming stronger both in and out of the pool.

Let me know what ya'll think!

No cycle should be without testosterone. ALL steroids will shut you down. Period.

Test only if youre thinking about testing the waters. But i wouldn't begin unless you put on a bit more beef otherwise you risk losing your hard work and money.

Agreed, I wasn't going to start the cycle until I packed on a few more healthy pounds. As for "testing the waters" with test I've seen people talk about 250mg/week test prop cycles for 10 weeks. Was that what you were referring to?

That is a concern of mine but I have only been drug tested during competition season (February - March), so I figure I should be ok with the beginner Test Prop. cycle if I start mid-june.
