Hi All,

I would like to just say hi and to Thank you for putting up all this good info,
but i may to call upon some of the vets to clear some things up .
I can read it but it does not mean it will sink in...

12 hrs work then gym,eat ,sleep and do it all over again
84hrs a week NO days off 365,posted in a god forsaken land and the only way for me to get out is by
rotor craft.....
I am counting down the days 23 to be exact and I will get to go home to see my best friend (wife) and my kids ,Oh My dog
it will have been a year since i have been home ..... ok guys till next time..
