    Creatine x3

I have used Creatine powder and it made me so bloated to the point I can't use it. So I see this Creatine x3 by Muscletech tablets and I need some input. Are they any good. Are they something I should include in my cycle and just my supplements everyday. I take Whey protein and was using the Creatine powder mix but I can't take it now. ...crazy mike

I wouldn't waste my money on any Muscletech product, quite frankly.

I have tried multiple brands and ON Micronized Creatine Monohydrate turned up to be the best in terms of price-quality ratio and bloating has been minimum compared to the other brands. It is cheap too.

There are many benefits of including Creatine Mono to your daily supplementation, not only regarding building & preservation of muscle mass and increased overall performance at the gym but also regarding your immune system and longevity. You need not more than 5-6gr a day post-workout, with your shake.

There have been times when I gave up on shakes in the past but I will never stop using Micronized Creatine Monohydrate since it would be a big loss for me to do so and for no good reason as I perceive it.

Thanks guys. Now I happen to get this Muscle Tech product free. I know that Creatine is needed but I had to stop the powder. Got a sample of this and just wanted to make sure the process of the Creatine would have the same effect in the long run, even f it wee the tabs. It seem to be the same in effect. ....crazy mike

You should also look into Beta-Alanine. This AA basically does the same thing as Creatine; however, it manipulates the same process through a different mechanism. Bloating is never an issue with it. Plenty of info on it is available online.
