whats good for first time use ?

am new here and i just want to ask if u guys can give me some advice what kid of steroids do i need to go with i have been searching and i didn't find any answer so...
this is will be my first time use and i want to know what kind is good for first time user ?
am 6'1 (185 cm) 150 lb (68-69 kg) i been working out for one year

you do not need steroids

you need to eat more food..

and one year training is not enough experience in the gym to being able to consider taking AAS

Welcome.

You really shouldn't use anything at your body weight. Too light. You need to learn how to eat. You can do this in our nutrition section. 150 lbs at 6'1"... you're skin and bones, you could seriously end up injuring yourself. Your issue hee is diet related, not lack of steroids.
