Question about AI During Sustanon only cycle..

Hello all.

I am about to start my second cycle, first was test e at 500mg/week.
This cycle will be sustanon 250mg, twice a week on Monday and Thursday, for a total of 500mg/wk.
I have my pct down which is as follows.
18-21 days after my last pin
1st week: Clomid 100mg/day-Tamox 20mg/day
2nd week: Clomid 50mg/day-Tamox 20mg/day
3rd week: Clomid 50mg/day-Tamox 20mg/day
4th week:Tamox 20mg/day

My question was as follows. I've done a great deal of research, and it seems to me that some people like to run an AI while on cycle, while others just get extra Nolva for gyno indication. I was curious to hear some opinions from veterans, I didn't run an AI on my Test E cycle, only had a large amount of Nolva for gyno indication, which actually never happened. Thanks in advance to any and all comments.

15mg a day should do the trick. Keep in mind however that you might get allot of bloat becuase conversion of tesosterone to estrogen. I would get an AI.

Thanks for the reply! I honestly have been thinking, I was only asking because I still have a great deal of PCT products. The bloat alone, as you mentioned, would be more than enough to consider an AI. I am considering getting Arimidex,and running it at .25mg EOD. Do you think that is adequate enough to suffice the bloat? Thanks in advance Iron.

You don't want to increase the dose just for the sake of reducing bloat. Keep it .25 to .5, watch your sodium intake, drinks lots of water and increase your cardio.
