    Need some major help on diet, please! :)

    172
    15% bf
    goal is to gain lean mass, okay with it being slow.
    Need to know what I need to adjust, add, or take away. Really appreciate the help.
    Also have 1 meal a day that I do not know the nutritional facts on that my mom makes. lol

    total cals 2098
    protein 161g
    fat 58g
    carbs 234g

    meal 1
    2 whole egs
    2 egg whites - scrambled
    1 cinnamon raisin bagel
    1 glass of 2% milk


    meal 2

    Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread
    1 banana
    1 apple
    1 cup orange juice

    meal 3
    8oz chicken
    1/2 cup rice
    1.8 cup green beans


    meal 4
    protein shake
    half cup of oatmeal


    meal 5
    8oz chicken
    1/2 cup rice
    1.8 cup green beans

    Need to know what I need to adjust, add, or take away.
    Nobody will know that, so just do what you have laid out and adjust accordingly.
    If you don't gain any weight in a few weeks, eat more. I would suggest upping the cals a bit out of the gate anyways, 2k seems low.
