I'm 26, 6'2 230 lbs 15% body fat. Been lifting for about a decade but consistently for the last 4 years.
Here's my cycle
Week 1-10 sust 1cc of 250
Week 2-8 tren EOD
And clomid and nolva PCT
Current split:
Chest/abs
Legs/biceps
Shoulders
Legs/abs
Back/triceps
Any suggestions to change things up?
