    Did you guys see this video on YouTube, is it Steroids or Synthol.

    As you can see dude is pretty slender but he has HUGE shoulders and biceps.

    his videos have been posted many times. While it does look absolutely stupid, at least he does it right to get decent shapes, not like those dumbshits who just keep pumping in oil and it all sags down to the triceps and shows nothing but fatty stretch marks.
