Should anavar dose be split?

My next cycle will include 100 mg anavar ed. Should this be divided into 2 doses throughout the day or taken as one dose?

Never mattered to me. Done both, no difference. So I just take them all at once.

I've done it both ways as well but prefer to split the dose as it causes less stomach issues.

You and so many make this out to be so complicated. These compounds you don't get off on them. They take weeks to start to work within while you diet an train. You are not going to peak then slump in 12 hrs. So as austinite said. Just take them !!! ...crazy mike.

I've heard bloating/GI problems can be a problem for some people. You might want to split it up if that's the case.

Yes, oral anabolics can affect the stomach flora and intestinal environment particularly those with autoimmune challenges or a predisposition for GI-related ailments. Pre and probiotics can help mitigate this as can H2 antagonists and PPIs. Splitting the doses for these individuals will often reduce the negative effects as well.
