Hey everyone. I have been absent but finally getting my head back in the game. Nothing bad happened - personal and professional life just got busy at the same time. Plus, my shoulders and elbows needed some time off so I have been sluffing for months.
I have fifteen pounds of fat to lose. Started that this week. Getting back into everything slowly.
I have checked in now and then and noticed two things:
The Bear is banned? Was that temporary?
SlfMade is back?
I will catch up on everything else as I catch up on my reading!

F1 is great this season. I know what it's like to fall off the wagon man, been there done that kinda, never really stopped training for longer than 2 weeks but you can get in a rut. Head up you will regain your gains and more in no time it's amazing how well you body will respond.
