    Talking Deca/ test cyp help

    I'm beginning week 4 of deca and test cyp cycle,
    I'm doing 500mg of deca and 750 of test a week. I haven't gained much weight all but only like 3-4 lbs. which this is my first time using cyp and deca so I'm not sure of what l expect at the beginning of the 4th. Previous cycles I gained 8-10lbs in 2 weeks jus alone using test at 750 a week. Right now I'm consuming 4000-4500 calories a day with high protein intake. it varies a little. Should i be patient and wait for the weeks to come . Like I said ford time usin cyp and deca. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks

    4500 calories? How much over TDEE is that? I don't see anything from Deca till week 7, but most report after week 5.

    Idk off the top of my head, but yeah ur right I heard 5 weeks and some say 7. I I front loaded the cyp with 1g for the first 2 weeks . It seems like inches i dropped it too 750 it made a big difference which at 750 at week u should still be gaining with no problem. Idk what it is

    That frontload won't do anything. If you don't know your TDEE you might want to get your diet evaluated.

    damn. 1300 over TDEE? You're going to pick up a good chunk of fat. Anyway, you should see some steady gains soon if your gear is legit. Really you should have gained a bit more than 3 lbs if those numbers are correct. I think you need the nutrition section, flexxer.

    Yeah I do, my diet it horrible not the best food choices half junk and clean. Time to correct it

    Total daily energy expenditure. It's explained in detail in the nutrition section.

    Diet is 95% aas is only a tool.You will never get to the level you want by relying on aas alone.You need to have that diet dialed in.And like Austine said you are going to gain a lot of fat.Dont be greedy and take lil steps at getting big.Beacuse there are no short cuts bro.Everything comes with time.

    everyones different. I had 10 lbs already on week 4 with same stack. not even eating like I should. maybe you got bad or fake gear? I don't know, I know I would be upset with those results.
