High estrogen off cycle. AI? Raloxifene?

My estrogen has been above normal ranges my past two blood test, around 50pg/ml.

I have a bloated look, poor libido/erections and puffy nipples

Will an AI get rid of my estrogen and get it bask down to around 20-25? or will I need something like Raloxifene to assist with the puffy nipples as well?

Also how long should Aromasin take to work? Been on it for 10 days with no noticeable difference

What did you cycle last and when did you finish? What did your PCT consist of and when did you finish?

Puffy nipples should go away, if you don't have a lump or diagnosed gynecomastia, there is no need for Ralox. Aromasin takes about a week to get serum levels up.

I thought optimal was 15-25 for E2?

I ran a PH cycle (Dumb I know now), PCT was Postcycle/Unleashed by PF and Torem

But the thing is I'm a few months off pct and my E2 is still high. The puffy nipples has not got any better at all.

Should I just run Ralox at 60mg ED until the nipples settle down? I have it on hand

Under 30 is good, so yeah, I'm just saying it's not outrageous or out of control.

No ralox. Run adex at .5mg daily for a week and stop. Get some Chrysin and dose as they bottle says for another 2 to 3 weeks.

Puffy nipples should go away, update us if not.

Why adex over aromasin?

I ask because I already have aromasin on hand. Also I thought I read it was the best AI due to it's suicidal inhibition

Because it works instantly, vs aromasin as outlined above. I don't like asin but you can run it, too.

Could be the aromasin you have.. Mines took my sensitive nips away by the next day, and the bloat was gone like in two or three days tops!!!!
Mines also comes in a 60ml blue plastic bottle.. Just say tho!!!

It is suppose to be reputable source so I'm not certain
