You'd get more out of a can of redbull than 20mg of var. You don't take var at random, you take it daily. Best way to is to avoid it completely for MMA. Besides, you only have enough for a little over a week if it were to be dosed right.

20mg daily is simply a waste of time.
Isn't the normal dose between 50-80mg day? And needs to be run with test as a base? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well back when I ran pharm grade Var 20mg was the shit ..don't remember who but I DO remember it was like 2.5mg and worked ****ing great

Pumps can be hard to deal with while training on var , if your sparring or doing pad work your shoulders are going to work against you. If you decide to run var, do 60mg Ed for 6-8 weeks, Load up on taurine and potassium to help with the pumps.
I learned the hard way with my boxing coach yelling and throwing punches because all of a sudden I couldn't keep my hands up. I have ran var with and without test and have had the same issues.

I wouldn't recommend var in an endurance sport like MMA. You're gonna get huge var pumps.
The reason I was using Anavar is because I can't add any size to my frame. Right now I walk around at 200-203 and my last cut to 185 was brutal. Even adding 2 or 3 lbs would be tough fr me at this stage. I figured just adding a little strength would be beneficial. I'm not bodybuilding.
I think you can achieve your goals with var. lower dose, I know guys who run it at 40mg.
2-3 days a week lifting. didn't change lifting philosophy but I changed up my diet to not put on much weight. I ended up gaining 2-3 pounds and was leaner. that was a var only cycle 60mg Ed.Originally Posted by ShadetreeJones
I have never used mast can't help you there. It didn't hurt my cardio to much. you would be fine on 40 mg. supplement taurine 4 - 5 grams before training, it's pretty cheap. a low dose test cycle with var is another option but you'll put on more weight. Hope this helps !
