Running 10wk cycle. 500mg test ew. 250 mg deca ew. 40mg dbol ed. I have clomid and tamox on deck. Just want some adivce on how to take it. The first cycles I did it worked fine. But wondering on others experiences if there is the most efficient way

Assuming you run the test one week longer than deca start your pct 14 days from last pin of test if its e or c. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I would wait 18day after C.

front load only one week of nolva 40/20/20/20

and clomid(its harsh on me) 75/50/50/25

Some can wait 18 days and some can't labs is the only way to tell. 14 days from my last pin of cyp my levels go in the toilet either way 4 days won't make much difference

From what I experienced so far, bridging out with prop works well. Run prop for the last two weeks after the long esters then jump into PCT 72 hours after your last shot of prop.

It makes it nice to start pct sooner but you still have to wait for the longer ester to clear either way

I've been operating out for some decades and just began my first pattern, sustanon 250 weekly for 10 several weeks. This being my first pattern I want to do everything by the guide and neglect individuals I know who are informing me I don't need PCT, this is a little dose and I want to keep all my benefits after the pattern if possible.

To the OP, Pct 14 days after last pin (or 18 days if using Cyp, 21 days if using Sustanon). Pct could look like the following:
Clom: 100/50/50/50
Nov: 40/40/20/20
