    Hey guys!

    Been on other forums since the late 90's. Glad to be here. I have been a competitive bodybuilder since 1980. Done over 60 shows and have roid experience for over 30 years. Yep, that's right. Presently, I am waiting for spinal fusion surgery. Back has been destroyed from all the years of deads and squats. You younger guys, take it from me, train smart and use impeccable form. Hindsight is always 20/20.
