Sharp pain above right nipple?

Just noticed this sharp pain above my right nipple. I can feel it right now an it's kind of a dull pain but as soon I press down it becomes quite painful. It almost feels like a in grown hair but it's not. A very small hard mass it feels like. I'm on 500mg test/npp per wk. aromasin 12.5mg Ed. Never had gymo problems ever. 2 previous test only cycles.

Kinda freaking out here! Is this gyno!? Nipples do not look puffy at all!

Also I'm in my 4 week and 2nd week of npp.

Also my right nipple is also quite warm compared to the rest of my skin/left nipple.

If it's very close to nipple, and under the skin, it's probably fatty deposits and the start of gyno.

I'm going to stop the npp immediately cause I think that is what is giving it to me.

It's to the point now where it feels like a soft mass in there. Very tender. Right side of my right nipple.

Had something similar happen to me with npp. If u have prami or caver start that. But I increased my ai to 1mg adex ed and pretty much tanked my e2 and added in 40mg nolva till it was gone. Took about a week or so.

Pain from underneath the skin. Didn't take my npp today just my test and I've been taking 600mgs of b6 the last two days now. Whatever it is it has gotten smaller since this morning....
