What's the best body fat caliper to get. I've seen the cheap looking plastic ones and a digital one

Anyone? Are they worth getting?
9 site calipers will do. But the most accurate way to measure is to have a bodpod assessment done.

google "BOD POD" for ur area and make an appt and go..
ive had my wife do the calipers and they said 7% bf and the bod pod was actually at 13%.. big difference!
DXA scan will be within fractions of a bodpod, no way on earth I'd spend the extra $60. BodPod actually calculates the air in your lungs, DXA scan does not. So I don't know how much more accurate it really is.
But it's nice to see individual body parts and the fat % in each. (not that you can do anything about it, but still interesting)

Harpenden calipers.... But I'd rather base bodyfat% off pics....
