diet help: Off cycle, On cycle and PCT

I'm 33yrs old, 5'6", 185lbs, 12-15%BF(rough estimate...have decent abbs when flexing, but alil luv handle, small amount of lower abb pudge), meso-ecto body type, lifting since 1998, 4 Test E cycles ( 2 within last 2 years). I plan on cycling 1-2 times per year

I'm definantly not a competitive BB, but do understand how to eat/prepare clean meals, count macros and cycle properly.

However, I do have a few questions about total caloric intake and macro ratios when on cycle, off cycle and during PCT .

About 8 years ago, I used to run about 3300cal at 40-40-20(P-C-F). I was able to put on size like crazy(without gear), but I've noticed that since I've gotten older, its easier to add fat around the midsection. Also, I feel that I'm probably near my genetic potential without using gear, making gains harder to achieve naturally. With it, obviously I could put on more size.

I've calculated my TDEE at 2700cal, but I'm unsure of what ratios protein/carb/fat I should run in order to stay "fairly" lean while off cycle.

On cycle, what should I do for total calorie intake and ratios? Keep in mind, I'm not trying to get as huge as possible. Last cycle was 400mg Test E for 10 weeks. I kept calories sort of low in efforts to minimize fat gain. I ended cycle at 194lbs. I was happy with that!

Then, I didn't eat enough during PCT.....and lost all gains of course....that sucked! How should I alter my diet during PCT? Readjust TDEE per new "end of cycle" weight? What about macro ratios?

When I was younger, all I had to do was eat A LOT...simple. It just seems that now, since I'm older, diet has become even more so important to gaining, keeping gains, staying lean, and everything in between!!

    Please help guys!

your TDEE calculations may be a little off (using the LBM x 15 formula, you'd be closer to 2400 cals), you could try eating 2700 cals consistently for a few weeks and keep an eye on the scales to get a better idea of what your TDEE actually is..

and as for keeping gains after a cycle, up you calories during PCT..
